Bib Numbers

Bib numbers will be available at packet Pick-up(Alphabetical by last name). You will ONLY need your
ID for pickup (cell phone image is acceptable if picking up for a team member)

Timing Chip

All runners will have a chip that attaches to their bib.
More information on timing will be available at packet pick-up.

Free parking is available on the side streets in Downtown Melbourne.

Weather

Sunday race weather is expected to be cool and ranging from 60 degrees at 6 a.m. to mid 80s degrees at noon. Always a chance for rain or sunshine/ 

WE will have ample water and gatorade stops on the course, but please stay
hydrated, wear sunscreen and pay attention to your body if you begin to feel uncomfortable.

Swag

All runners will receive a bib, official race cap and finisher’s medal. No shirts for the 2022 year. They are sold separately.

Registration Changes/Walk Ups

Come to packet pick (Saturday ONLY) to make any corrections to your information. Anyone you know that
would like to register can do so at Packet Pick-up on Saturday.
Walk-up registration will be allowed at Saturday packet pick-up only. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal will be accepted for all
races.
Race day prices: 5K-$45,1/2 Marathon-$110, Full Marathon-$130, 10K – $85

Deferral Policy

Per our website and the participant waiver all athletes agree to when registering, we do not offer refunds for any reason. 

Free deferrals until January 9, 2025 @ 11:59pm

Deferrals with a $35 from January 9th until February 5, 2025 @ 11:59pm – No Exceptions

Course Aid

Ice and medical aid will be available just past mile 6.5 and east of the Eau Gallie Causeway (the first bridge) at the water stop.
Medical Aid is available at start, finish and about mile 6.5
If you have a course emergency, ask a volunteer at ANY water stop or course director to help or call 911. Hospital and EMT
assistance are on standby.

Water Stops + Portalets

Water stops are approximately every 1.5/2 miles. 

Bag Check (a.k.a. Locker)

Back check in located in the grass lot by the start line. No backpacks please. Drawstring bags are ok.

Results

At Front Street Park at the bag check area. Any clothing discarded on the course or elsewhere will be
donated to charity.

Will be offering official race merchandise will be offered by the packet pickup area

Trash & Recycling Bins

On race days, look for recycling bins. PLEASE DO NOT THROW FOOD, PLATES OR
NAPKINS IN RECYCLING BINS. We will be trying to be as green as possible.

Best Spectator Locations

•Front Street Park
•Sunday – Downtown Eau Gallie on Highland Ave. and Eau Gallie Blvd. This is also a music
stop.

Discarding of Clothes

Race day will be cool at the start. All waterstops will be designated areas to toss clothing layers.
Discarded clothes will be given to local charities.
